• University degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
• At least 2-5 years of raw material & compound experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Quick learner
• Good command of English
• Advanced reporting and Microsoft Office Skills
• Military service should be completed/ exempt for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Guarantee the development of compounds for products, identifying new solutions or developing improvements in the materials currently used, on the basis of the needs of other functions (e.g.: performances, producibility, cost reduction)
   
• Manage projects of innovation related to materials, from the stage of laboratory studies to testing and prototypes development, always cooperating with the other functions involved.
   
• Rationalize the use of materials and pursue the integration of development activities in all the Research Centers and support operational units in all the issues related to materials/compounds.
   
• Support the industrialization of materials cooperating with all the involved functions.
   
• Carry out tests on new materials in order to evaluate their potential use
   
• Cooperate with the Physical and Chemical laboratories on the definition and realization of predictive physical/chemical tests.
   
• Keep constant update in the field of materials relating with universities and internal/external R&D centers
   
• Manage contacts with suppliers to cooperate on shared projects of research and development
   
• Cooperate constantly with other functions, in order to spread useful information within the company, at a global level, about the development of materials and about innovative processes.
