QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Laundry & Home Care business unit, we are now looking for a Group Key Account Manager, who will assume responsibility for the Local Key Accounts. The ideal candidate is expected to have;
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or in a relevant field, MBA or Master’s degree is desirable
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Key Account Management in an FMCG company (experience in Laundry and Home Care business is an additional asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Self-confident professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
- Advanced user of MS Office applications
- For male candidates, military services should be completed
İŞ TANIMI
Generating one of Henkel‘s three business units “Laundry & Home Care” sales operation via assuming responsibility for the Local Chain Key Accounts in Istanbul, Izmir, and Ankara in order to maximize strategic targets (NES, DAP1 and DAP3, Market Share, A/R, Sales Budget)
- Creating sales strategy, setting goals, planning and ensuring execution for the responsible channel
- Working in close cooperation with other sales channels to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
- Planning FY category based sell-in targets for the Local Key Accounts
- Following profitability of each and every customer on responsible categories, providing proactive action plans in order to secure the profitability as well as stable growth for the “Laundry and Home Care” business
- Executing brand strategies and ensuring customer sell-out performance via excellent POS execution by managing Key Account Team
- Setting and following targets for customers and sales staff
- Realizing route trade visits to increase Henkel’s reputation and influence
- Recruiting, training, and coaching a group of 3 Key Account Managers
