Lean/Industrial Engineer

• Bachelor degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing LEAN Manufacturing principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Lean Six Sigma Training and experience is required. Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred
• Good math, communication (both written and verbal), and customer service skills.
• Great attention to details and problem solving skills.
• For male candidates, military service should be completed

İŞ TANIMI

• Build and facilitate multidisciplinary short and long term lean activities.
• Implement and follow up lean improvements, including the sustainment of results
• Participate directly and indirectly in all kaizen events.
• Design layout of equipment, workspace, and optimal material flow routes for maximum efficiency
• Develop team members into Lean Leaders through the Lean Development Program.
• Application of a wide range of process improvement tools to identify and eliminate waste
