• A degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering from a top tier university
• MBA degree from a top tier business school is an asset
• 3-4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting or strategy & business development function of a reputable company
• Solid experience in financial analysis, M&A projects, new business development and strategy projects (knowledge of business modeling and valuation is an asset)
• Ability to perform in an environment with cross-functional teams and work through potential roadblocks possessing emotional maturity
• Strong reporting and presentation skills to assist and advise management teams
• Outstanding command of written and verbal communications in eloquent English
• Proactive and results oriented approach
• Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability
• Strong executive presence

İŞ TANIMI

• Conducts internal and external analyses and assessment of a variety of markets, industries, competitive landscape, etc. to formulate strategies in alignment with corporate goals & aspirations
• Monitors the business environment through various strategic analysis techniques including scenario planning in identifying new business development opportunities - both through organic and inorganic means
• Conducts preliminary evaluation of potential merger and acquisition opportunities, presents recommendations to senior management on investment targets
• Takes part in every aspect of full fledged mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and organic business development efforts
• Prepares detailed business plans and feasibility studies for new growth initiatives
• Liaises with senior management of group companies and coordinates working teams and advisors to enable effective project management
• Advises top executives on potential considerations both from the strategic and financial angles during projects
