QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances is searching for a Warehouse Operation Professional to be employed in Logistic Department in Çerkezköy with the following qualifications:

·         University degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or university degree in supply chain  management will preferred,
·         3-5 years experience in warehouse experience, 
·         Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives preferred,
·         Fluency in English is a must,
·         Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities, time studies and work measurement,
·         Very strong communication and interpersonal skills,
·         Attention to details,
·         Action/result and team oriented,
·         Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

 

İŞ TANIMI



This person will be responsible for;
  • Supervises all warehouse operations, personnel tasks (inc. managing blue collars) and duties n daily basis (preparing, and delivering  materials according to order sequence in a very limited time duration to 5 different factories),
  • Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse structured and efficient,
  • Ensures that all logistics movements meet with the compliance regulations,
  • Communication directly to the blue collars about daily operations , failures, and inventory checks,
  • Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe workplace,
  • Complete and distribute reports and statistics to the management team on regular and as needed basis.
