QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Military service should be completed for male candidates
Problem solving, data analysis, design and testing skills, as well as a strong desire to have an impact on the department
Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks
BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field
4+ years related testing experience in GSM, IT systems, preferably in Test, Test Automation and Non-Functional Test applications and systems.
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
Very good command of written and spoken English
Familiarity and preferably hands on experience with:

-TMM (Test Maturity Model), CMM
-Billing & Charging, CRM systems.
-Programming concepts (Agile, TDD, DevOps)
-Unix / Linux and Windows Operating systems,
-Performance testing tools
-Database Management Systems (Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, etc.)

Knowledge of software development lifecycle, and Proficiency in Software development aspects including estimation, reporting, metrics.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Service Acceptance &Test Technology Service Governance Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Service Acceptance&Test Techn.Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Following the delivery of test related scripts as development projects from design through to release.
Work closely with test teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all test processes as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems.
Accountability of development proceeses on test fields.
Contribution to the definition of test departments and systems strategies and progression of any allocated objectives
TMM (Testing Maturity Model) roadmap & primary support for implementation.
Implementation, administration and renewal of all testing tools such as (not limited );

-Ticketing tools such as Jira
-Lifecycle tools (HP ALM)
-Network virtualization tolls
-Environment virtualization tools
-Automation tools (such as Selenium, HP UFT)
-Performance Testing Tools (such as IBM RPT, HP LoadRunner, JMeter)
-Security Testing tools
