• University degree, preferably in Foreign Trade/International Trade
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills and knowledge in using SAP
• Advanced level of English and/or German
• Eager for team work, solution oriented and able to take responsibility in his/her own area of activity
• Analytical thinking, good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a stressful environment due to high number and variety of daily transactions

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for supporting import and export operations of Mercedes-Benz Türk in Istanbul
• Follow up and obtain special import permissions for import transactions
• Coordinate ISO9001 issues as ISO9001 Coordinator
• Report – review report system and make improvements when needed
• Coordinate private bonded warehouse related issues
• Follow up stocks in bonded warehouses
• Organize monthly meetings with related departments and Customs Broker/Authorized Customs Broker
• Participate in internal projects when necessary
• Prepare management reports if needed
• Analyze legal changes implications on the processes
• Follow up MBT Guarantees (Letters and cash) and ensure the idle ones are taken back from the authorities
• Report “Import and Export Figures” to the related departments for foreign trade statistics
• Ensure coordination of all internal and external partners
• Guide other departments related to import operations in his/her area of responsibility
