You must have following competencies;
·         Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering,
·         Minimum 5 years of Maintenance experience in a high volume automotive or manufacturing environment,
·         Excellent organizational and follow-up skills; competent in problem solving, planning and decision making and ability to manage multiple priorities
·         Proven project and time management ability,
·         Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
·         No military obligations for male candidates,
·         Ability to work in a unionized environment,
·         Strong built-in lean manufacturing practices,
·         Being a team player, highly focused, reliable, show great dedication, and a high level of  personal initiative is a must,
·         Knowledge of PLC, Pneumatic and Hydraulic and robot programming are assets.

İŞ TANIMI

To manage a team of technical maintenance professionals that maintain hydraulic, transfer presses, tandem presses, Robotic weld cells, laser cells lines in a 24/7 facility.
·         Thorough PLC knowledge and expert level experience,
·         Additional Experience designing and modifying equipment is a plus,
·         Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as procedure manuals and equipment manuals, Apply technical skills and ingenuity to the correction of equipment problems causing excessive production downtime and maintenance work as necessary,
·         Develop a plan and timeline to eliminate emergency repair work, and maximize planned and project work ensuring the preventative maintenance plan is delivered as scheduled,
·         Manage the maintenance department budget to detail spending by category, and maximize expenditure effectiveness for minimum unplanned production downtime and maximum workplace efficiency,
·         To lead the engineering reliability team in development of planned maintenance schedules and develop robust relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) to continually challenge schedules and develop effective future schedules,
·         Demonstrate leadership in the area of health & safety. Ensures all maintenance activities on site exceed the appropriate health and safety standards,
·         This role is in Assembly Area Management and will be report to Assembly Test and Maintenance Manager.
