Tax Specialist

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field with a concentration on accounting and finance, or political sciences or international relations faculty of reputable universities,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Strong knowledge in Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Taxes, Cross Border Charges,
• Knowledge of M&A and International Tax Structuring Projects,
• Experience in Tax field between 3-5 years, preferably in big4 audit companies,
• Good command of MS-Office applications,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships,
• High level of personal responsibility, hardworking and willing to take initiative,
• Career driven personality with strong analytical skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No restriction for abroad and domestic traveling.

İŞ TANIMI

• Make correspondences on all tax related matters with external advisors and affiliates in both local and international taxation,
• Coordinating Transfer Pricing documentation with Affiliates, External & Internal Auditors for reporting,
• Support and review both direct and indirect tax transactions,
• Participate projects on M&A and International tax structuring projects,
• Following up legislation updates and coordinate implementations & projects developments,
• Support on relations with the Tax Authorities,
• Support group affiliates and other departments on tax matters for daily activities and projects,
• Support on productivity projects with related departments for improvement.
