IT Specialist

FERRERO TÜRKİYE ÇİKOLATA VE TARIM ÜRÜNLERİ A.Ş.

We are looking for IT Specialist who will be responsible of ERP Systems (SAP) and Software Business Analysis for our factory which is located in Manisa.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or another related field from an accredited 4 year university.
• At least 2+ years of analysis experience, especially in financial services and FMCG.
• SAP / ERP knowledge is mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle, analysis and test methodologies, analysis and test tools.
• Good analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English language is mandatory.

İŞ TANIMI

• Work directly with business leads to understand the requirements and needs and translate those into technical and functional designs.
• Build relationships and integrate business and IT resources to ensure successful communication and implementation.
• Production facility flows and industry knowledge within SAP and out of the system is a plus.
• Create and manage project documentation including business requirements, functional design documents, performance metrics, project plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget within user expectations.
• Performing test plans to confirm that requirements and application designs are accurate and complete.
• Prepares and updates user manuals to ensure current and accurate information is available upon request.
• Facilitate end-user training and communication to ensure solutions are effective and understood.
