QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- 4 years’ university degree
- 2-3 years of experience gained in FMCG companies
- Account Management experience
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications
- Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good communication and presentation ability
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Driving license (B)- Active, able to travel

Leading Bursa region Top Local Customers’ business and delivering NIV target
- Manage and improve sales KPI's
- Manage key distributor performance indicators
- Achieve excellence in store in-line with 4P priorities and trade terms
- Lead merchandising team force
- Improve joint business of L’Oréal and customers according to trade terms
- Analyse market&customer related reports, taking relevant actions
- Plan and audit shopper marketing activities and measure their effectiveness
