Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner for Digital@Retail projects, who will have a passion for agile, creating new software/prototype delivery processes.
This role includes leading cross-functional resources necessary for successful product definition where you will provide relevant business context for development team and leading team throughout the full life cycle of the product.

•  At least Bachelor’s degree in computer or industrial engineering or in a related discipline
•  Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Product Owner in digital technology environment especially in mobile/web app development
•  Experience with demand generation, functionality and workflows, prototyping and user experience designing
•  Solid Agile experience
•  Understanding of technology; language andapplications
•  Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them
•  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams
•  Experience supporting/rollingout initiatives to commercial teams
•  Business fluent in English and German Languages

İŞ TANIMI

•  Drive one or more Scrum Teams as the Product Owner
•  Provide vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
•  Product design activities, userstory creation and backlog management
•  Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum best practices and values
•  Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
•  Take an active role in problem solving impacting successful completion of release/sprint goals
•  Understand knowledge of the market, the users and the roadmap for the product
•  Define and tracking of KPIs for the product
•  Represent the customer, interfaces and engage the customer
