We are looking for a Reservation Agent who must possess;

• A Bachelor degree in Tourism Hotel Management
• At least one year experience in the field.
• Fluent level of English language is required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job.Additional Russian language is preferable.
• Advanced skills in various computer software and Fidelio knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, cooperate and relate well with all departments within the hotel, guests, and all external companies.
• Team player qualities.
• Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Self-motivated
• Residential permit is required for non-citizen candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Execute all varieties of direct and ask & sale agency bookings.

• Register direct sale reservations and agency reservations in hotel program.
• Execute the sale of car- and air transfer, including organizing them.
• Identify guests’ reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Handles all special requests appropriately.
