QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As a customer-facing consultant and working with one or a number of ABB’s Solution sets, the Business Consultant is responsible for providing chargeable consulting services as directed by a Project Manager. The Business Consultant is accountable for delivering quality solutions to clients in a time efficient manner. Actively develops new approaches and opportunities for improving our solution outcomes. Provide excellent solutions in the areas of integration, reporting, data reengineering, customizations, and bespoke development. Supports sales in product demonstrations, discussions and marketing activities. Works with sales, Solution Architects and Project Managers to provide solutions architecting, technical and functional advisory and services estimates.
For Business Consultant for this particular location, a strong technical knowledge is expected covering selected solution’s architecture, configuration and customization techniques.
All tasks will be completed cost effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, ABB quality standards and safety requirements, delivering results which meets the customers’ business needs.

- Bachelor’s or higher degree related to particular business area.
- Post Graduate qualifications desirable especially in the area of IT and/or programming.
- Experience in delivering IT solutions in capital-intensive industries (Mining, Utilities, Oil&Gas, Public Infrastructure)
- Fluent spoken and written English – Mandatory
- Fluent spoken and written Turkish - Mandatory
İŞ TANIMI
- Provision of solution consulting advice to effectively provide the customer with knowledge and best practice guidelines of the required business solution.
- Enablement of business benefits in accordance with consulting assignment deliverables.
- Prepare and conduct product training as required.
- Participation in product review sessions with the R&D team(s).
- Complete administrative tasks e.g. timesheet recording and project/site documentation as required.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel both domestically and internationally to customer project locations.
- Attend to other relevant duties as directed.
