•    Graduated from Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineer
•    Min.one year telecommunication or GSM/UMTS network operation management experience
•    Technical competence on network quality
•    Knowledge of Huawei & Motorola Equipments, features and parameters
•    Understands the capabilities of RF planning and opt.tools
•    Must be willing to learn New Technologies
•    Excellent MS Office applications 
•    Must be able to travel in region
•    Driver license with Active driving experience
•    Good command of English
•    Self-motivated and customer-focused

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Planning and Optimization Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Thrace Technic.Area Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

•    Should have significant knowledge about GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA Radio technologies.
•    Should have Planning experience by smart network Technologies (2G/3G/LTE sites, repeaters, femtocells..)
•    Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports; and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the coverage and quality of the 2G , 3G and 4G network
•    Ensure the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the new site which will be planned
•    Realise the required drive tests and ensure the required 2G,3G and 4.5G network accordingly
•    Manage the performing of TSS, EMF measurements, file preparations of new/revision sites and submission of files to BTK for site certification.
•    Resolve customer complaints immediately
•    Represent VF to all local government and public bodies in the region to ensure that all required licenses and permissions are completed on time (e.g. governor, municipality, forest management, TT, BTK)
•    Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the region according to the technology strategies & plans

•    Responsible for 2G/3G/4G new site planning & basic optimization;
o    Network coverage design
o    Data audit
o    Analysis of the RAN counters
o    Tender support for RAN design and capacity dimensioning
o    Coverage analysis, drive test analysis and capable of cell addition or new site planning if necessary
•    Reporting
o    Prepare weekly/monthly/annual e.t.c reports
o    Prepare presentations for management and meetings
•    Should have significant knowledge about Planning tools Atoll, Map info,
•    Should have significant knowledge about drive test tools like TEMS, Actix Analyzer
•    Should have significant knowledge about MR based tools preferably NCPR, Tetronix, Schema
•    Should have significant knowledge about NCPR, M2000, LMT, Motorola Exceed
