QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and improve S&L business and IT processes in close cooperation with Global Solutions and other Downstream BUs
- Lead organizational and strategic defined projects within S&L BU as well as in cooperation with other BUs
- Provide best practice project management on S&L business and strategy projects in alignment and upon request of S&L business owners.
- Project management of internal business, optimization and strategy projects
- Representative to POAS/group-wide initiated projects
- PM standards & good practices application within S&L
- Project Management Status Reporting
- Define, implement, document and maintain the end-to-end S&L and Sales processes and support systems
- Focal point for process owners within the organization
- Improvement to existing IT tools or business processes & development of new IT tools or business processes
- Manage the IT interface to POAS IT Department, monitor the agreed projects and IT budget
- Coordinate IT MTP process for S&L and Sales
- To develop a detailed project execution plan (work packages) including all sub-plans for all projects
- To define resource requirements and track respective utilization
- 10 years’ experience in related field
- Use of MS Office programs
- Fluent in English
- Use of ERP
- Highly analytical, solutions-oriented mindset and detail-oriented in identifying issues and providing sound and practical advice
- Ability to understand and develop processes and systems.
- Emotional Intelligence (Self Control, Self-Motivation, Empathy)
-Ability to work in a team and if necessary, lead the team
- Good communication and presentation skills
-Proactive approach

İŞ TANIMI
-Graduate from universities or master degree in Engineering or Business Administration- 10 years’ experience in related field
- Use of MS Office programs
- Fluent in English
- Use of ERP
- Highly analytical, solutions-oriented mindset and detail-oriented in identifying issues and providing sound and practical advice
- Ability to understand and develop processes and systems.
- Emotional Intelligence (Self Control, Self-Motivation, Empathy)
