Logistics Manager

• Bachelor or above degree in Industrial Engineering
• 5 years related experience in equivalent managerial positions
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management and operations in a global scale
• High analytical and organizational skills, willing to take initiative, result orientation
• Ability to develop productivity standards with managing and motivating the team to increase productivity and ensure efficiency
• Experience in kanban systems, lean production, MM/PP SAP modules
• Excellent command of English as foreign language
• Domestic and International travel will be required

• Leading a group of highly analytical engineers and responsible for operation and continuous improvement of an efficient material planning in a complete value stream
• Receiving and managing production orders and material planning through the SAP system
• Active role in coordinating lean management system and improvement projects across the production network
• Working in a top team and using tools of lean production, kanban management, Bosch Production System to design and operate cost effective planning processes
