• Min 5 years experience in sales/marketing positions
• Extraordinary Commercial mindset atitude combined with very strong project plan capability
• Balanced combination of Strategic and Implementation skills, both of them needed
• Lubricants PCMO market or automotive sector experience in a sales or marketing role strongly recommended
• Stakeholder management skill is important, as this role will work very closely with sales manager and marketing manager
• Strategic Marketing Planning
• Generating Insights
• Digital Marketing competences
• Demonstrates a good knowledge of HSSE standards and practices
• Fluent in English (writing and/or conversation)
• Good PC skills

İŞ TANIMI

Automotive is one of the key focus sector for both Shell Global Commercial Lubricants and Shell Lubricants Turkey. Especially automotive independent workshop channel has been identified as a key strategic priority for premium acceleration growth for Turkey with more that 11.500 IWSs (Independent Workshops) existing and  36 million liter of potential business.
 
The Premium Acceleration  strategy is to focus even more to grow in this channel via our distributors with a strong CVP (Customer Value Propositon) of Branded Shop Concept, contract scheme, volume commitment and marketing activation activities. The roll out of the project will require a nation wide vision that takes into consideration  key experiences already in place and also new approach and trends like Digital. Other key element for success will be strong CPT (coverage, penetration, throughput) discipline in every and full alignment with sales team. Turkey will be the most important country  for the next years in PCMO (Passenger Car Motor Oil) space. The role is a combination of outstanding project planning, delivering  and effective implementation. Main accountability is the successful implementation of the IWS projects for Turkey.
