Reporting directly to Group IT Director, this professional will be responsible for managing especially infrastructural computer systems by configuring, installing, maintaining and updating software and applications, setting up security measures and training employees and customers in proper and secure usage of systems in all locations of the company. Furthermore, the professional will take care of both the network connecting client systems in a LAN or WAN and to the outside world via internet connectivity conforming to the high availability standards to match that of its computer hardware systems and also the client-server platform used in departmental systems remain in their highest continuous availability in accordance with the IT policies and performance standards of the company while keeping abreast with developments in client-server technologies.

Türk Pirelli is a high profile multinational company engaged in Tyre Sector. We are willing to work with a professional who demonstrates high potential and have the following qualifications: 
 

• University degree in Computer Engineering or similar area
• At least 5 years of experience on managing Microsoft Active Directory and related infrastructure, Microsoft Sql Server databases 2008/20012
• Strong knowledge on VMware Virtualization Infrastructure (having VCP certification preferred)
• Strong knowledge about storage management, especially NetApp
• Backup Design and Management, experience on CommVault preferred
• Familiarity with firewalls and Cisco networking and related peripherals, monitoring and optimizing the network. Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager
• Working knowledge on Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows 7 support
• Preferably having one or more of Microsoft certifications MCP, MCSA, MSCE, MCITP, MTA, MCDBA and Cisco certifications CCNA, CCNP
• Completion of military service for male candidates
• Fluency in English in terms of both written and spoken capacities
• Available for international travel for trainings and projects
• Location will be Kocaeli

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordinating with the central IT team, managing the deployment, localization and support of group IT standards
• Ensure appropriate systems’ documentations and training programs/materials are in place; and ensure compliance with ISO27001 controls
• Ensure IT Security measures are taken in the organization, occasionally auditing departments
• Manage external and internal service providers to ensure that service levels are met
