QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Autoliv Cankor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Autoliv, the world leader in the production of automotive safety systems. We produce and market airbags, seatbelts and steering wheels with 2500 highly competitive employees. - Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Industrial or Management Engineering,
- Preferable 5 years of HR related work experience,
- Strong computer skills,
- Good team player,
- Very good command of English,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Must live or be willing to relocate to Istanbul Anatolian Side / Kocaeli.
İŞ TANIMI
- Work closely with departments to analyze training and development needs,
- Implement and execute the Softskill and Technical Trainings together with the 3rd party companies,
- Evaluate all training sessions , report and present findings and suggest improvement actions and plans,
- Following new learning technologies and trends and transferring them to processes,
- Keep and update all records related with training programs,
- Prepare regular HR reports and presentations.
Preferred Candidate
More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
