• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT systems, preferably 3 years as IT Manager
• Excellent organisational skills and technical knowledge especially on such as Active Directory & E-Mail(Exchange 2010), Remote Connection (Juniper SSL VPN), Network & Communication Services, Firewall & Security (Symantec Antivirus), Portal System (ESS/MSS users), Backup & Recovery and Disaster Recovery etc.
• Good command of SAP system (PP, SD, QM,MM,PM,SD,FI,CO etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, confidence in decision-making
• Understanding of complex information and requirements
• Good prioritisation skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties (IT team, customer and upper management)
• Great IT skills combined with a good head for business
• A good team-playing mentality
• An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints

İŞ TANIMI

Ak Gıda is seeking an IT Manager is mainly based in Pamukova, Sakarya and responsible also from other Ak Gıda factories which are located in Karaman, Lüleburgaz, Aydın, Kahramanmaraş, and Seher Gıda in Istanbul. IT Manager will be reporting to Financial Affairs Director in charge of Dairy Business Unit. 

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Restructuring all the IT systems, maintaining information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.
• Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Researching and installing new systems, guaranteeing there is the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision change over from the old system to the new one.
• Keeping management and clients updated on progress
• Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Planning, developing and implementing the IT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
