GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
We are looking for a "Regional Field Supervisor" for one of our clients operating in cosmetic industry
Results-driven and customer-focused
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate & argue
• Strong team spirit
• Proactivity, rigour, excellent organization skills
• Taste for challenge
• This position requires a lot of traveling (80%)
• Follow the KPIs of your region and your team
• Propose actions aimed at optimizing sales: stores and regional events (make-up events, trainings, regional meetings, opening seminars, etc.), in collaboration with your team
• Maintain good relations with key players and decision-makers, maintain and nurture the presence and visibility of the brand on the network
• Prepare and conduct the store appointments and Store Manager & Area Manager appointments (in order to discuss the results and anticipate the animations)
• Visit the points of sale regularly according to their importance
• Being responsible for the respect of merchandising, training and marketing actions at the point of sale
• Ensure competitive intelligence
• Report your actions to your manager
• Conduct field animation days with your team during events in the store
Team leadership
• Follow and develop the skills of Sales & Make Up Experts
• Motivate and challenge your teams through clear goals to achieve excellence in execution
• Ensure the respect of the internal procedures of your team: respect of the T & E budgets and destocking, reporting and sending of the administrative documents within set up deadlines
