Marketing Manager

• Identifying, evaluating, proposing and implementing attractive and relevant marketing strategies aligned with the local as well as regional business targets of Adhesive Technologies Business Unit
• Supporting the profitable growth and the Strategic Business Unit (SBU)/Segment strategy across the related Region
• Managing market segmentation, product positioning, and development of required sales concepts
• Leading the development of novel concepts through product launches/relaunches and ensuring transition of these marketing efforts into sales
• Managing the product portfolio and maintaining the SBU core range and contributing to the pricing for the responsible segment
• Controlling the segment marketing budget
• Developing segment/project/product communication
• Managing tradeshows, fairs, exhibitions, and leading regular PR operations for the relevant product campaigns 

İŞ TANIMI

• University degree from a reputable university in related fields, Engineering degree and MBA/Masters qualification is an additional asset
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing field preferably in industrial area
• Advanced leadership skills. Proven team management experience is essential
• Good interpersonal communication skills and abilities
• Result oriented, self motivating and lateral thinking
• Excellent team player
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is plus
• Flexible for traveling
