PROJECT CONTROLLER - PROCESS AUTOMATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• 3-5 years of work experience in finance, accounting or project management field with minimum of 3 years of financial analyst, controlling experience or minimum of 2 years of project analyst, or project accounting experience,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Preferebaly 2-4 years of related experience in a multinational company,
• SAP, USGAAP, IFRS experience is an asset,
• Team oriented, having analytical thinking, result oriented and self-motivated,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Good communication and negotiation skills required
• Strong risk management skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Take responsibility for the effective execution of month end close routines in accordance with published deadlines
• Completion of monthly management reporting packs for a variety of stakeholders
• Participates in contractual terms and conditions review (client, consortia, subcontractors, suppliers), risk reviews, contract structuring and negotiations, tax issues, cash flow analysis, preparation of quote calculation (full cost model), cash-flow and exposure analysis.
• Optimize project cash flow and manage the currency risk (hedging), tax issues, financial reporting, accounting, and project financing requirements
• Responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement
• Monitors the proper follow up on claims and back-charges
• Provide high quality management information and financial support to Business Unit Controller
• Prepare and present key financial information to key stakeholders (internal & external)
• Control and analysis of full cost model, overheads and labor rates
• Drive the periodic Project reviews and reporting cycle within the Business Unit
• Provide strong Financial and Controlling support to Project Managers
• Liaison with project team members on commercial issues
• Updates of project forecasts and budgets in ERP (SAP) and other systems
• Act as interface for upward reporting of project performance to the ABB Group
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and Accounting and Reporting Guidelines,
• Take a leading role in the development and continuous improvement of the company’s SAP and other management reporting systems,
• Be an active member of the ABB Turkey Controlling community, promoting best practice and working toward process harmonization.
