Spare Parts Import & Export Operations Responsible

Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş.

• Responsible for spare parts import and temporary export operations of Mercedes-Benz Turk in Istanbul 
• Ensure that all these activities are run in compliance with Turkish legislation and Daimler internal norms and regulations
• Obtain required permissions for the importation of spare parts
• Obtain banderoles for spare parts, make a report related to TRT banderole
• Ensure coordination of all internal and external partners
• Send job order to customs broker, follow-up import and export operations including document control
• Analyze and solve issues that may occur in the process (such as document problems)
• Check the content of customs declarations, import expenses and import closing documents
• Follow up stocks in bonded warehouses
• Guide other departments related to import operations in his/her area of responsibility
• Participate in internal projects when necessary
• Prepare management reports if needed
• Analyze legal changes implications on the processes

İŞ TANIMI

• University degree, preferably in Foreign Trade, International Trade
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills and knowledge in using SAP
• Advanced level of English and/or German
• Eager for team work, good communication and coordination skills
• Analytical thinking, solution oriented and able to take responsibility in his/her own area of activity
• Able to work in a stressful environment, due to high number and variety of daily transactions
