Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline preferably Telecommunication, Electronics, Electricity or Computer Science
• Hands-on experience in planning & implementation of  VPN technologies, including VPLS, L3VPN, L2TPv3, VPLS
• Strong knowledge of QoS/CoS/DSCP principals and traffic engineering applications.
• Extensive hands-on experience in router & switch and firewall platforms including Cisco,Juniper and  Alcatel
• Significant experience in VoIP, IP/MPLS network planning and operation activities on multi-vendor environments
• Extensive understanding of Layer 3/4 protocols and behaviors and hierarchical routing principles
• Certification or accredition in CCNA/CCNP
• Willingness to work in multicultural company
• Experience in managing a high volume of activity, and a large number of projects, in a fast-paced growing organization. Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload
• ITIL Foundation certification would be a huge plus
• Very good command of English both in written and speaking,
• At least 3 years of experience in  IP networks as well as communication and Information Technology Concepts,
• Solid analytical skills to solve medium to complex technical problems
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead and supports data network projects
• Supervise / controls all network infrastructure & daily network operation.
• Provides re-/proactive problem management.
• Provides 2nd - 3rd level operational supports & troubleshooting for network systems under business  SLA.
• Makes the necessary configurations on data network devices in daily operation as WAN/ LAN administrators.
• Reviews and ensures compliance of the processes / activities managed under responsibility with group IT Standarts and compliance requirements.
• Performs the network systems’ functional-tests and backup procedures.
• Provides support on annual disaster recovery tests.
• Updates and follows the functional checklists, network operational procedures and documentations
• Optimizes capacity usage of data network resources.
• Keeps the network devices & data lines availability over the threshold value.
