Credit Controlling Specialist

ADECCO ANKARA

• Bachelor’s degree in management and/or economics, master’s degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working for the collection process and/or controlling in companies,
• Proficient computer skills, (especially in excel)
• Fluent in English,

İŞ TANIMI

• Monitoring compliance with company administrative procedures by all users involved,
• Control financial exposure (capital invested in receivables) and generate the highest level of cash flow possible, given sales and payment conditions granted to customers,
• Guarantee a constant control over the credit exposure and avoid any possible risk,
• Calculate credit limit for customers and  also contributing to the drafting of reports upon closure,
• Maintaining customer files in relation with Credit Limit Policy,
• Drafting summary analytical reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, according to established procedures and within the given timeline, monitoring data quality and reliability,
• Hosting meetings for the risk control on a monthly and quarterly basis, according to established procedures and within the given timeline,
• Visiting sales regions for market and customer surveillance,
• Identifying and suggesting improvements for accounting and automated procedures, monitoring their implementation,
• Manage receivables collection in line with Corporate and Company policies and objectives,
