QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

University graduate
Minimum 1 year experience with exposure to a variety of Finance areas
Strong numeric, analytical and spreadsheet skills. Some SAP experience desirable
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, virtual environment
English knowledge is a must

İŞ TANIMI

Purpose:

To provide commercial and operational finance support to Shell Enerji (SEAS) Finance Manager (FM). Functional responsibilities include Finance Support, month end and quarter close submissions, monthly reconciliations, liaison with internal & external service providers, manage daily activities with banks, etc.

- Work alongside FM to provide finance support to business, particularly on matters regarding accounting treatments, cash flow and tax topics.
- Support month end, quarter close, MI analysis, Report, Tax & customs declerations and working capital analysis.
- Responsible to manage interface between Finance & Operations.
- Responsible to coordinate the local activities to meet GRA & Compliance requirements.
- Establish close working relationships with the global Finance team, FO teams and also local support functions such as Tax, Legal, Treasury and Contracting & Procurement.
- Record focal for Finance.
- Support FM in monitoring overdues by providing timely information to Business and Operations. Follow-up the actions with Business as appropriate.
- Support FM in processing invoices for SEAS sales, supply and 3rd party vendors (includes checking for correctness).
- Coordinate SEAS tax and customs actions.
- Coordinate preparation of internal / external audits.
- Participate in ad-hoc Finance projects.
- Support ad-hoc business queries.
