• University degree from a reputable university in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics or relevant field of study
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Development background is a plus
• Work experience in Airport or Aviation industry is a plus
• Experience in analysis, design and test process of software projects
• Experience in Software QA/QC processes is a must
• Experience in IBM Rational Functional Tester, SparkX Enterprise Architect and Agile-Scrum methodology
• Database Technologies are expected
• Experience in team management and project management
• Fluency in English for written and oral communication
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, team working abilities and good at human relations
• Excellent at expressing the job in technical and business languages
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments with ease

İŞ TANIMI

• Reporting to Software Development Coordinator
• Plan, direct and coordinate daily activities of Business Analysts team
• Provide coaching and training for Business Analysts
• Recommend and report to management schedule, feature and resource prioritization and status across projects
• Conducting client interviewing process, performing information systems needs assessment, information gathering, defining business and functional requirements, key points and workflows
• Writing analysis document for the current state of client's operations and recommending appropriate business systems reflecting the original vision for a new system or enhancing the existing system
• Assisting the Project Manager in coordinating of resources
• Assisting the Project Team in design and development tasks
• Researching and identifying flaws in applications before they are released to the public; participating in the analysis and resolution of issues
• Writing and executing test plans in accordance to analysis documents
• Assisting team in creating test plans and testing efforts
• Designing and maintaining test suites based on product specifications
• Coordinating the necessary training of the Project Modules both on the operational and user sides
