• Experience in related field (5+ years)
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Base Marketing Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Base Marketing Manager, Enterprise Business Unit of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:
 

• Planning telesales retention activities
• Supporting  operation team in reviewing  the performance of agencies to define future agency selection
• Key business and managed channel KPI tracking
• Setting volume and value target of telesales channel
• implementing, monitoring and amending incentives for telesales channel
• Establishing effective governance forums to continuously improve channel performance
• Request insight (qualitative and quantitative) to feed into the definition and design of activity
• Management  of information reports & dashboards
