BSH Home Appliances is searching for a CoolingSupport and Services HOSto be employed inÇerkezköy Plantswith the following qualifications:

• Mechanical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree,MS degree is preferable
• Minimum 5-6  years working experience in R&D
• Leadership Skills
• Experience in development and measurement systems
• Used to work in International teams and have Intercultural experience
• Analytical minded, team oriented, having innovative spirit, good communication skill and assertiveness
• Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
• Analytical minded
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Live/willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Beylikdüzü and Bahçeşehir.

İŞ TANIMI

Technical leadership and coordination of Cooling Support and Services group responsible for; 

• Reverse Engineering activities, planning and steering the reverse engineering activities together with PRF. 
• Household activities in the region and coordinate activities in worldwide projects. 
• Calibration and certification activities of the Development Center Function Development Laboratory, manage audits conducted by Institutes (CSA; VDE) under the scope of ISO17025. 
• Plan/asses integrate measurement system demands from internal customers. 
• Research and plan invest items for measurement systems to improve the lab process. 
• Assure conformity of the measurement laboratory regarding processes and methodologies under the scope of directives and guidelines. 
• Support line functions and project teams regarding reverse engineering, household and calibration certification topics with the team. 
• Align Test management with external laboratories activities within the region.
