Budget Reporting and Controlling Supervisor

Europe's technology base Vestel Ticaret A.Ş. is looking for team supervisor in Istanbul Levent Head Office with following qualifications ;

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related fields
• Preferably MSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Minimum 8 year of professional experience in budget reporting field,
• Minimum 1 year of team management experience?
• Audit experience is a plus 
• Advanced level of business English
• Advanced level of MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel
• Experienced in SAP applications
• Preferably experienced in SAP BPC module budget applications
• Competent on uniform accounting plan
• Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis
• Ability to explain budgeting and financial information in plain terms
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail
• Result and detail-oriented
• Able to adapt flexible working hours and strict business deadline plan

İŞ TANIMI

• Resposible for budget planning process
• Preparing annual budget plans and consolidation
• Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period
• Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company
• Preparing budget and providing required data from related departmants
• Forecast future budget needs
• Design and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures
• Reporting monthly budget - actual financial analysis
• Contributing to improve budget controlling process
• Reviewing and controlling budget applications
• Controlling and fixing expenses of each departments 
• Taking role on developing IT system
• Supporting departmental reporting and analysis assignments
