• Bachelor Degree in Engineering,
• Master of Science Students in Economics or Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management Departments,
• Able to work for 3 days/week,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Self motivated with good communication skills,
• Strong organizational and planning skills,
• Analytical minded flexible, creative and good team player.

İŞ TANIMI

• Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management,
• Draft project proposal ideas and present them to the project management,
• Intermediate between the team members that hinder the smooth flow of project execution,
• Draft project budget on a monthly basis and ensure that it meets all necessary protocols,
• He/she will carry out administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out project files to the team members & stakeholders,
• He/she takes records of all project items and sees to it that they are adequately delivered to the various departments as directed,
• For supporting, project assistant is in charge of logistics related to work as well,
• He/she make arrangements for meetings, presentations, seminars and trainings being organized,
