• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of Java & C++ technologies
• Mastery of client/server and distributed applications, project life cycle, and the basics of technical operations
• Good understanding of domain driven design, API design
• Worked with high available, scalable systems
• 6+ years of professional hands-on experience in development
• Ability and motivation to learn and use new technologies.
• Open to learn advanced topics; caching, profiling, performance tuning, etc.
• Experience in combining interdisciplinary technologies for emerging applications.
• Capable of multitasking and leading/contributing to several parallel running projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English.

• Provide expertise to other projects in the department and work with academicians
• Produce System Requirements using Business Requirements, be able to manage the change of requirements and finalize end-to-end technical solutions
• Code review
• Mentor mid-level / junior team members and always drive team to better results
