Electromechanical Engineer

As Yapı Merkezi Construction and Industry Inc., we are looking for Electromechanical Engineer for project in Turkey; 

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering,??
• Advanced level of English is a must,
• Minimum 3 years of experience on weak current systems,
• Experience on tunnel electrical and mechanical works (Medium voltage, low voltage, CCTV, ITS, SCADA, test and commissioning, electrical installation, ventilation, fire detection and suppression, drainage systems etc.), design, procurement and installation works for tunnel and highway projects is preferable,
• Good knowledge of international standards,
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable a learning approach to problem resolution,
• Ability to perform multi-task assignments effectively,
• Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach,
• Knowledge of Motors, Fans, Ventilation Equipment, HVAC, Drainage Systems, Pumps, Hydraulic components and systems, hydrodynamic coupling, valves etc. is preferable,
• Systematic problem-solving and safety orientated behavior,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably experience in areas facility management and maintenance,
• Experience to understand, analyze and make technical drawings and technical specifications and conduct basic engineering calculations,
• Familiarity with Manufacturing and Inspection Processes (milling, turning, welding, braze etc.),
• Have strong planning and organization skills,
• Supplier relations and product development procedures,
• Provide leadership and technical support in area as a supervisor during malfunction or periodic servicing.

İŞ TANIMI

• Following up the performance on planned maintenance actions and reporting,
• Provide technical support to maintenance and improving process,
• Observe and supervise preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities to provide continuous and high performance production,
• Preparing required feedback on the field and reporting to the management,
• Make continuous improvement studies on the process,
• Coordination and management of heavy maintenance subcontractors,
• Preparation of all related quality documentation together with quality department,
• Perform all necessary analysis determining new tools and consumables,
• Reviewing the checklist and planning all maintenance activities,
• Spare parts management, determining the needs, monitoring and supplying,
• Supporting new equipment projects, improve systems regarding the requirements,
• Inspect, control and supervise the respective electrical, mechanical installations,
• Coordination of other related works (Purchasing, tool manufacturing, quality, production, logistics, finance).
