-Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
-Project management, systems analysis, programming or other IT related experience
-Complete understanding of the software development lifecycle
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Outstanding problem-solving skills
-Ability to translate technical information into terms understandable by non-IT savvy personnel
-Adept at interacting in both business and IT focused discussions
-Ability to influence and negotiate with clients and suppliers
-Proficient at operating within a globally distributed team
-Minimum four years experience as Project Management or Business Analyst
Desired
-Lean experience
-Experience in the healthcare industry
-PMP / ITIL certified
-Agile experience
Responsible for translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications
-Assists the business in determining which business requirements can and should be automated and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes
-Single point of contact for business on a particular subject matter
-Researches development in assigned technology, helps determine business requirements, proposes changes, develops migration and implementation plans, and may execute projects based on these activities
-Manage the MR milestone for small to medium projects
-Maintains functional peer relationships and detailed working knowledge of the assigned area’s systems, organization, and business processes
-Lead and provide guidance to a team of Business Analysts
-Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
-Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
-Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
-Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable
-Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications
-Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction
