Core Network Engineer

NETAŞ

- More than 2 years of experience in IMS Core Network is a must.
- Fluent English both verbal and written is a must.
- Advanced knowledge on SIP, Diameter, H.248, Sigtran, TCP/IP is a must.
- Good knowledge of database administration (SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, etc.) is required.
- Good knowledge of virtualization (Openstack / VMWare) is required.
- Good knowledge of virtual networks (NFV, SDN, Cloud) is a plus.
- Good knowledge of R&S and Firewalls, CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus.
- Good knowledge of network topology, traffic handling capabilities and traffic characteristics.
- Good knowledge of network performance / configuration parameters, their interpretation and usage.
- No restriction to travel.
- Military service must be completed for male candidates.
- No restriction to work 24x7 for critical faults (pager duty).

İŞ TANIMI

To provide installation, commissioning and technical support to both global and local telecommunications customers by using effective decision making and problem solving skills. This is a direct customer liaison role interacting and communicating with customer and other internal teams to ensure that customers get the best performance and value from the equipment they buy from company with a proper support.
 
- Provide onsite and remote installation, commissioning & deployment of telecommunication products to the site without any impact to the project plan.
- Provide remote support and fix any issues that the customer has faced.
- Working closely with customers in order to troubleshoot problems in customer networks.
- Identify and solve configuration issues and software problems in a timely manner, working together with other support teams.
