• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering,
• Minimum 2  years of experience in business analysis  and competency in using business analysis techniques,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
•  Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

İŞ TANIMI

• Consult and support Product Sourcing department in requirements analysis and specification, 
• Project lead in respective task area for new development of complex solutions,
• Plan and realize system enhancements and projects in a complicated system environment , 
• Consult, analyze and improve business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value added new technologies,
• Stakeholder and communication management with respected business departments,
• Plan & design business process tests and usability evaluations,
• Ensure high quality documentation of the implementation
