• Graduate degree from Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain/Procurement related fields
• Must have minimum 6 years’ work experience in relevant fields
• Technical knowhow in Supply Chain/Procurement processes, tools and methodologies
• Expertise in Process Improvement, Project Management, Quality Management
• Well-developed written and verbal skills ( proficient in business English)
• A self-starter who is results-driven with high levels of self-motivation, mobility, energy and initiative
• Strong stakeholder Management skills
• Analytics & presentation skills
• Experience working with virtual teams (Shared services and other group functions)

We are seeking a SCM Process Improvement&Enablers Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to SCM Enablement&Perf.&Contr. Mngmnt. Mngr of  Vodafone Turkey.

• Drive business improvement through the management of a team/functional teams, ensuring delivery of a coherent plan for own area of the business improvement project.
• Develops and maintains Vodafone business improvement projects through accountability for the development of Vodafone business performance indicators / processes, and change programme initiatives
• Challenge the SCM processes  within the Supply Chain process framework to ensure they deliver compliance, efficiency & EXX(Excellent Employee Experience) within the local market, leveraging digital solutions where ever possible
• Collaborate with relevant shared services, global supply chain teams and markets to ensure standardization, compliance, controls and consistency in the roll out and management of systems, processes and tools
• Support in implementing group wide SCM programmes and identify and manage any underlying business transformation required. 
• Manage stakeholders in the business and SCM to drive and deliver the operational elements in the SCM Visison & Strategy.
• Own / jointly own and continually improve the SCM Operational KPI’s.
• Manage the local SCM Budget
• Manage specific SCM  Projects across a multi-market environment
• Collaborate with other markets to share and learn best practice.
