QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The accountabilities of this role are:

Advanced speaking and writing skills of English is a must
Proven experience in designing multiple training projects and programs in a corporate setting
Ability to master the full training cycle and vendor management
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
Adequate knowledge of learning management software, LMS
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Sales Channels Training Specialist (Outsource) with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Sales Channels Training&HR Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Focus on Sales Channels Development programs aligning with business needs and Vodafone Group
Build annual training plans and managing global L&D programs
Oversee the assessment and course delivery processes of Retail employees
Attend Global L&D experts and HRBP calls and initiate and coordinate any local actions required
Review instructor performance and recommend improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation methods
Manage any localization projects including platform and content translations and testing
Create monthly L&D activity reports to monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
Perform financial tasks such as monitoring costs, creating purchase orders and good receipts
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
