• Project Manager’s role is  to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. 
• This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. 
• The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. 
• The main responsibilities are the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Single accountable to manage end to end project /program management within agreed time, scope and cost
• Ensure integrity of Technology Programme & Project Portfolio while supporting the successful delivery of projects in line with stakeholder expectations
• Ensure correct levels of reporting of projects and programmes to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment  of E2E project management  and  deliverables of  IT/vendor  with associated resources and tools/systems
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards.
• Identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues
• Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality
• Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management.
• Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
• Life cycle and post analysis of the projects.
