QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor or above degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering,
Knowledge on Telecommunication Protocols & Telecommunication Systems
At least 2 years experience on VoIP, TDM, LAN, WAN,IP Networks
At least 2 years experience on VoIP Call Servers & gateways
Fast Troubleshooting
Good command of both written and spoken English
Good communication skills; ability to build trust and influence
Good analytical skills, and being eager to develop and take on responsibility
Completed military service or deferred at least 2 years(for male candidates)
Collaboration with software engineering team in order to reflect the customer software issues from customer and technical perspective
Identify and provide solutions to customer problems based on the network and platform specific investigations
Providing 7/24 customer support for very urgent issues based on a team schedule
Reporting the investigation results based on the deadline informed to worldwide customers
