What do I need to qualify for this job?
* BA/BS degree in relevant fields
* Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in managing recruitment processes for a variety of positions/levels
* Recruitment experience in engineering field will be an asset
* Solid experience in managing multiple searches, projects and internal client relationships
* Experience with SAP (4Success) will be an asset.
* Advanced level of English, German is a remarkable asset.
* Very good command of MS Office knowledge.
What else do I need to know?
* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.
* No restriction to travel.

For our Human Resources Department in Kartal, we are looking for an Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will be responsible of recruitment processes.
What are my responsibilities?
* Responsible for the selection and recruitment process of highly tailored employees according to the company’s strategy/culture.
* Identifying top talent and converting prospects into active candidates.
* Preparing and publishing job advertisements.
* Responsible for executive recruitment and talent acquisition process for all level positions in the organization
* Making job offers and checking references on candidates.
* Developing and managing candidate pool/portfolio.
* Establish and maintain good relationships with Business Units.
* Supports management in the design and development of recruiting policies, guidelines, methods and tools.
* Cooperates with and advices HR operations and or HR business partners or line management in related matters.
* Plans and executes projects to improve recruiting processes.
* Implements recruiting standards and ensures effective recruiting programs and respective measures (on regional and local level).
* May perform or support individual and / or group assessments and analyses results.
* Building and maintaining candidate pipelines using various channels and tools (especially Linkedin Recruiter)
* Improving current recruitment tools, creating new tools and sources (development of role specific assessment centers).
* Attends regular global TA calls for talent management initiatives.
* Prepare to HR KPI reports and compiles reports from SAP.
