- Degree qualified in an Engineering or a Science discipline
- Significant experience of Security planning and operation activities on multi-vendor environment such as Checkpoint, Websense , Fortinet,Cisco, Juniper, RSA, Trendmicro
- Deep knowledge of intrusion prevention system such as IBM ISS, IBM Site protector, Tipping point SMS
- CCSA, CCNA
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Problem solving skills

We are seeking a Security Services Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Fixed Technology Security Serv. Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

This role is responsible for L3-L2 operation, maintenance, plan and design of all Vodafone Net Network Security Logic and Devices to ensure high availability of systems and all services and keeping security policy and rules up to date. Also developing strategies by scoping out technology drivers to meet future needs , taking all necessary actions to avoid problems before they pose
Follow technology to design and develop new security based services taking care of cost and performance criteria. Search for new security equipments & systems for better performance of security services with new features.
Attend seminars, conferences and other activities about new technology, software&hardware related to security services
Equipment setup & maintenance:
- Design, setup and maintain security services infrastructure & equipments:
- Take necessary actions to prevent possible problems in Security Services core equipments.
- Solve problems that might occur on these systems working in cooperation with vendors, outsource companies and other teams in Vodafone.
- Follow capacity of Security services equipments and take necessary actions to increase/decrease capacity when required.
- Maintain security of equipments working in cooperation with security related teams in Vodafone.
- Plan and attend operations on the equipments for fixing issues and keeping updated with new features
- Prepare documentation of equipments and services according to company ISO 27001 policies
- Preparing periodic vulnerability reports and sharing with VODAFONE NET internal customers to close and patch found vulnerabilities
- Provide7/24, 3rd level customer needs which are not solved by 1st and 2nd level support teams.
- Use management tools and self-developed scripts to
- follow and report problems/capacity on the infrastructure
- develop proactive and reactive problem solution methods
