QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking Administrative Assistant to hire Our Multinational Company Project in Istanbul.

· University degree (preferred),
· Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish,
· Planning, organizing, filing, follow-up and reporting skills and experience,
· Good PC skills, especially on Word and Excel,
· Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment that requires flexibility,
· Strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment,
· Positive and pro-active attitude with excellent interpersonal skills,
· The ability to multitask in a fast paced office environment,

İŞ TANIMI

· Give high level administrative support to General Manager
· Manage event and meeting organizations
· Organize travel and accommodation for employees and guests
· Manage calendars, emails, follow-up and file documents and other correspondence to ensure overall office administrative support,
· Ensure proper coverage of all the front desk duties including answering, handling and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, sending, receiving, archiving all incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Identify and develop systems to facilitate the smooth functioning of the office that is coherent with the operational priorities and the implementation of objectives.
