• Degree qualified in  Engineering disciplines.
• At least 6 years experience
• Significant experience of network planning and services development activities on multi-vendor environments
• Deep understanding of Routing and Switching protocols
• Deep understanding of Network Services
• Understanding of 3G/LTE Mobile Networks
• CCIP, JNCIS, JNCIP certifications
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong analytical deduction.
• Result oriented.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for planning and operations of Data Services containing Broadband Network Gateways, Broadband Access Gateways ( DSLAMs, OLTs) , DPI /Acceleration Devices, Carrier Ethernet Routers, Internet Routers and Fiber Switches and AAA Servers to ensure high availability of all Data Services rely on VFNET Network , developing strategies by scoping out technology drivers to meet future needs , taking all necessary actions to avoid problems before they emerge
• Providing Level 3 support to ensure network availability and stability for all services those using Network Services .
• Tracking new technologic steps, new products and research new trend to improve VFNET network for develop new services including OTT, Video Acceleration, Smallcells, Femtocells, etc.
• Interact with Vodafone Global to  develop end to end solutions for VFNET key services
• Capacity planning  of the Network Services to meet sales team demands and market facts.
• Future-Proof Design of VFNET Network  Architecture considering IPv6 Demand of the market
• Building AAA Service Infrastructure to meet future needs
• Developing  customer oriented solutions to cope with huge bandwidth
• Immediate action and troubleshooting in case of network problems to ensure ultimate availability of Backbone which provide Network Services
• Improving  and enhancing management tools to drive up  proactive problem solving
• Preparing technical specifications , RFI/RFP documents for purchasing new products and creating HLD/LLD before deployment.
• Developing maintenance and operational procedures for analysing, auditing and fine tuning of Network Services to ensure operational excellence and develop proactive precautions
• Ensuring resiliency of all network services in case of any outage or service interruption due to operational or external reasons
• On-call support for Network  and service  problems during non-business hours for emergency cases.
• Implementing hardware and software upgrades
• Deep knowledge architectural structure of Cisco, Alcatel, Juniper, Huawei product families, AAA Services, DPI/Acceleration devices, routing and switching protocols, Forum Standards
