IT Project Analyst

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis and IT Project Management
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• Ability to align CRM /ERP implementation with strategic business needs
• Business case development
• Modeling techniques and methods
• Knowledge of systems development and project management methodologies
• Ideally experience in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and MS Project
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships across project and organizational groups
• Experience working on project management teams on strategic initiatives
• Ability to multitask to manage multiple concurrent activities
• Ability to build strong relationships with the business through delivery and communication
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills
• The IT Project Analyst must be a self-starter, capable of solving critical business problems in an agile development environment

İŞ TANIMI

The IT Project Analyst is responsible for working with project managers, business stakeholders and vendors, coordinate  and develop analysis on projects. This position will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. This position is also responsible for creating documentation of business requirements, functional and technical specifications.

• Support the Project Managers with analysis, project development, Translating  Business Needs Into Technical Requirements
• Collaboratively lead discussions/meetings with necessary Project Managers, leaders, etc. to convey/gather pertinent project related information.
• Serve as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. As necessary elevate communication and issues to the Project Managers.
• Assist business users in defining required features and mapping application features to business processes
