• Smart appearance, polite manner with good communication skills
• 1 year of experience in similar position in international 5 star hotels or gourmet restaurants
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Computer literacy, good knowledge MS Office tools
• Tourism and Hotel Collage or University degree graduate is preferred
• Initiative and ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Able to take pressure, well groomed, physically strong, energetic and dynamic person
• Able to work extra and odd hours if necessary
• Team player and positive attitude is required.

İŞ TANIMI

•  Handling dining reservations, provide guests with a pleasant greeting upon arrival, and appropriate farewell upon leaving
• Handling reservations for the restaurant and log all special requests and preferences in order to consistently delight and satisfy our guests
• Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables, estimating wait times for guests, monitoring the guest waiting list and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
• Responsible for answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties
• Acting as a personal representation of the service and overall hospitality of the staff of the restaurant. While guests are waiting to be seated or waiting for take-out orders to be ready, it is the job of the hostess to ensure that the guests are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their orders or wait times.
