• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 3 year of experience in purchasing/marketing department
• Experience in partner management
• Intercultural work experience
• Ability to learn quickly; dynamic & positive personality, pro-active
• Very good command of English skills both verbal and written
• Project Management skills and good team worker
• Analytical and  problem solving skill
• Proven multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to respond to, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards for completeness and accuracy

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for domestic and overseas procurements
• To identify risks for the project involving suppliers, define and work out the associated corrective action plans with the business partners
• To prepare purchase orders and related amendments, as/when required for approval and  further processing.
• To ensure cost effective purchasing by negotiating the prices with the suppliers 
• Ensures that Key Performance Indicators and department goals are met
• To manage and negotiate all commercial aspects of the contract
• To research vendors capabilities and identify list of strategic and preferred vendors; identify vendor-related risks and develop mitigation strategy
• To coordinate information management providing fit-for-purpose information for efficient and effective business operation, and provides insight for business decision taking
