QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager whose qualifications are mentioned above:

General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Life Sciences,
  • MBA degree will be an asset,
  • Very good command of English,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing field, preferably in Healthcare sector,
  • Previous experience in Radiotherapy and Oncology would be an advantage,
  • Having customer focus, team player, communication skills, unlimited thinking, initiative taking, result and quality orientated capabilities,
  • No military service restriction for male candidates,
  • No restriction for travelling,
  • Having a clean driving license.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Responsible from all sales activities
  • Organize the customer relations to anticipate their ongoing needs and future projects,
  • Observe the market and different accounts for new projects, Create and Qualify prospect customers,
  • Understand the prospect customers' needs & problems (medical, technical and financial) and arrange meetings with the related parties to create an appropriate solution,
  • Propose the solution, run the negotiations, ask for the order and close the deal and implement the sales process,
  • Arrange and control the post sales activities such as coordinating with the project management, following up on sales commitments and collecting the payments,
  • For public tenders; keep up the relations with related parties / key decision makers in the hospital, initiate and drive tender procedures, follow up purchasing and payment processes,
  • Collaborate & cooperate with Cross Disciplinary Units, Marketing, and Other Brands’ Business Units and regions available in the Group / Holding Companies.

Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
Class B
